Unhappy Customer:I ordered a product online. It was very easy to do! They even ask for a delivery day with the choice of AM and PM. It was also great to be able to have the choice of an alternative delivery address.

The product did not arrive so we phoned customer services and found out that the delivery person (Monkey) could not deliver to our address because there was no house number. (I feel sorry for those people who live in houses with a name rather than a number!)

The delivery person (Monkey) then tried to phone me on my evening contact number, not the daytime number I was asked for when I was purchasing the item. The Monkey (Delivery Person) then mixed the billing postcode and delivery postcode up - so there was the first part of one address, and the last part of another. This new postcode was around the same area so the Monkey went there and looked for the number of my billing address and delivered my item to them.

I phoned customer services up 5 times asking for a refund and each time I was told that they "will fill in the paper work now" and "it will be in your account in 4 days". It took 6 weeks for me to get my money back from them. It's a crap place, I'm not using them again!
